Prospect Height Middle School offers students the opportunity to tryout and compete for the school in many different sports. Athletics plays a vital role in the development of our children by providing a stable, organized environment in which student athletes are taught many core values such as integrity, excellence, service, teamwork, punctuality, collaboration, accountability, respect, and leadership skills. Athletics also support the entire community by providing a sense of pride and belonging.
A Virginia High School League physical and Orange County Middle School Activities Waiver forms are required prior to participating in conditioning, tryouts and participation in all athletic teams. Please click link to download a copy.

Middle School Activities Waiver Form
- Please note that physicals are valid for 14 months from the date of physicians' signature on page 3.
- The physical must be completed before participating in any middle school or high school sport that is sanctioned by VHSL.
- Orange County High School does offer a "Sports Physical Night" in July. 2025 date is TBD.

Tickets
General Admission Tickets are $5 to PHMS Athletic Events. 62 years old and older or 10 years old and under are free (*PHMS students are $2 with student ID*)
PHMS utilizes GoFan as an online option to purchase tickets prior to athletic events ($1 convenience fee does apply). Please see link below:
